My late brother John served in the Navy during the Vietnam War, and during this time he was exposed to asbestos. He was a healthy individual who enjoyed riding his bike over the hills in the Ozark Mountains in Missouri and he kept himself in great shape, but sadly was diagnosed with lung cancer and passed away. I had been named executor of his estate, and it was after his death that I received a packet from Vinson Law containing information about how to proceed with his claim, which we have been working to settle now. John Carman was a proud Navy solider that was a Boiler Technician and served two tours in Vietnam. At the time, he did not know that the one thing he loved so much would take his life. Since 2017 my family has had the pleasure of working with Vinson Law to help ensure my mother received compensation for the premature loss of my father due to asbestos exposure, specifically during his time in the Navy.
